YOU DON'T SEE ME 2012
You Don't See Me is a meditation on visibility and our future. It blends Greek chorus, dance, stand-up and live music with original writing from the ensemble. The performance features 34 international artists together onstage -16 BE NEXT youth performers from Birmingham, 16 professional performers from around the world, and 2 Birmingham-based musicians.
Commissioned by the BE Festival in association with the Birmingham REP. You Don't See Me premiered at Stan's Cafe Theatre as part of the 2012 BE Festival. It was subsequently performed at the Birmingham Youth Festival in the autumn of 2012.
